Become a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Ideal for first time jobs for kids ages 13-15, and dive into a world of creativity and inspiration! As a CIT, you'll be part of a dynamic team working with kids, guiding them through exciting artistic endeavors.
Enjoy the opportunity to demonstrate your artistic skills and fine-tune your leadership skills while guidingyoung artists eager to explore their creativity. Your role as a CIT is not only rewarding but also comes with a discounted rate, making it an affordable and enriching experience.
Expectations are that you will be a part of the team and be helping & creating with campers throughout your time. Join us in fostering a love for the arts and creating lasting memories with our young artists!
